Welcome to Jet Lag Kitchen!

Hey there! I’m Molly, the person behind this corner of the internet where food meets adventure. Jet Lag Kitchen is all about combining two of my favorite things: exploring the world and whipping up meals that are as good for your body as they are for your taste buds.
I watched a ton of Food Network as a teenager, and I think that’s where my love of food started. In my late 20’s, I became more aware of our food system in the US and how it affects everything in your body. Why is it that when we travel to Europe we can eat whatever we want and still feel great, but as soon as we arrive back home, we eat the same types of food and feel so poorly? I became fascinated (disgusted) by all of the artificial ingredients, additives, and fillers that the US allows in our food, so I became a Certified Nutrition Coach.
On the blog, you’ll find all kinds of recipes—simple, clean, real food ingredients, and packed with flavor—that make cooking healthy at home easy and enjoyable. But since I also love to travel, I mix in tips for traveling smarter, ideas for where to go next, and ways to explore the world without totally wrecking your routine or your wallet.
For me, it’s all about balance. I love indulging in good food (who doesn’t?), but I also try to make choices that leave me feeling good, whether I’m at home or halfway across the globe. Jet Lag Kitchen is my way of sharing what I’ve learned—about food and traveling, and making the most of both.
So, stick around – check out some recipes, get inspired for your next trip, or just hang out for the vibes. I’m so glad you’re here!
