1cupunsweetened almond milkor any milk of your choice
1Earl Grey tea bagor 1-2 teaspoons loose leaf
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract

Instructions
Brew the Tea:
In a small pot, bring 1 cup of water to a simmer. Remove from heat and add the Earl Grey tea bag (and lavender, if using). Let it steep for about 5 minutes.
